Travelogue

The blog says “mga trips” (travels) but the truth is, bibi and I don’t travel together that much. Well, bibi is more of a homebody.  But me? I could say I was quite a tripper - I did not pass any opportunity to go to new places especially when I was still single (Boracay, Coron, Subic, Pampanga, Baguio, Ilocos, Pangasinan, Cebu, Bataan to name a few).  When I got married, I was lucky to go on business trips to Singapore and Hongkong but sadly, without bibi.  This made the few trips I have with bibi very special and memorable.   But I know, someday, my homebody bibi will be more than happy to tour anywhere once our little Buting is old enough to travel.
  • Bohol (Panglao Island Nature Resort) – Dec 2005:  This is where we went for our honeymoon.

Sweet Chocolate Hills
  • Tagaytay – Dec 2007:  A trip planned by bibi for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary!   We also went to Palace in the Sky and Sonya’s Garden. Looking at the pix, I was wondering why we did not think of taking a photo with the Taal Volcano.

  • Cebu – Jan 2009:  This is a business trip and I convinced bibi to join since I need a Bisaya interpreter

  • Davao – Aug 2009: Another business trip and bibi was happy to accompany me.

  • Batangas (Hamilo Coast) – 2010: Kuya Martin and Ate Cecil invited us to join them and Kyle in a viewing trip of Pico De Loro, a residential resort by SM.

  • Tagaytay (Antonio’s) – Feb 2010:  Bibi accompanied me to join our VP for US Tax for lunch at the very posh Antonio’s!

Lucky bibi, his lunch was free too!

At last, our pic with Taal Volcano
  • Taichung, Taiwan – Sep 2011:  A special trip hoping when we get back, 2 becomes 3!  Success! This was also bibi’s first trip abroad.
