Short Hair

Mula ng pinanganak si buting, ako pa lang ang gumugupit sa buhok nya. Una, noong bago sya mag 1 yr old. Bangs lang ang ginupitan ko, habang tulog. Pangalawa naman ay noong 2016, tinabasan ko ng kaunti yung sa likod habang sya naliligo. Tinago ko pareho pero yung una, di ko na matandaan kung saab ko nilagay. Yung pangalawa, naitapon ni yaya. 2016 din yung pangatlong gupit pero trim lang. Noong Jan 21, Sabado ng hapon, ginupitan ko ulit sya. Big deal ito dahil mula sa lagpas kili kili nya, naging hanggang balikat na lang ang buhok nya! Natakot ako! Buti na lang kulot sya dahil hindi halata na hindi pantay gupit sa kanya. Style ba. Hay, buti na lang at humahaba ang hair. Hehe

Nagsimula na si Yowyn magkwento tungkol sa panaginip nya. Sayang at di ko talaga matandaan yung unang kwento niya. Pero nung sumunod na araw, nagkwento ulit sya at ang panaginip daw nya ay isa syang astronaut. Riding a rocketship, seeing the plantets and holding a flag for the planet. Ganyan yung kwento nya, english pa rin. Nakaaliw lang kasi nakikita ko yung mga milestones na ganito, kasi magkasama kami sa umaga dahil hapon pa naman ang pasok ko. Kahit minsan napupuyat ng todo, sulit ☺

Bonifacio Day 2016

Happy Bonifacio Day! Happy birthday din sa Ate Cecil!

Since it's a non working holiday, I made a promise to myself to take buting swimming at our clubhouse pool. And it was a success, despite the lack of sleep due to Suits marathon. So happy that buting is not afraid of the deeper part of the pool. Although she likes to play with the other kid but his parents were like super serious in training their son in swimming even he said he tired already. Poor kid.

Anyway, after our swimming session, went to Davids to geta haircut and mani/pedi. Then inquired with YSA, good thing I was able to catch their Nov promo. Got back in the evening for their collagen facial - yup, time to get into these stuff as I am not getting any younger. But, I am satisfied with the results. See the pic? Hehe



In between my haircut and facial, the whole family went to Uptown for lunch. So happy that buting likes the Watami salad. Even the servers were all praises. And she ate a lot - salad, then jap fries then grilled salmon head. Sorry no pics as we were hungry and buting is in a phase where she does not like to have her pictures taken. Unless if it's stolen ☺



When I got back from my facial, buting was already sleeping so it was time for our series bingeing - Marvel Agents of Shield. Next was Suits but bibi's sleepy already. I decided to blog instead. That's it pancit!

Another Milestone!

(This is a late post. Just discovered that my drafts, which I thought a goner when the uploading is disrupted by a fluctuating internet signal, are actually saved in Blogger!)

I am so happy! Last Monday was Yowyn's official day of being toilet trained for no 1 (she was trained early for no 2).

But her greatest milestone to date (Mar 27) is that she is praying by herself without us telling her. I was happily surprised when she said she wanted to pray before eating her pasta at Food on Four/SM Aura. Then, she led our family prayer before she went to sleep. She prayed for daddy, mommy and Yowyn. I did not understand the other words but it does not matter since I know God understands what is in Yowyn's heart when she was praying.

I am very thankful that she is growing up loving to talk to our Lord God.
