Yowyn likes to draw a lot. She also writes stories but her writing are just scribbles but you'd hear say the story while she scribbles. She doesn't want me to take any videos of her when she does that so sayang ang mga Pulitzer award winning pieces nya. Hehe
I have been meaning to collate her drawings and post here but laziness has taken over. My favorite drawings by her are in IG so hope IG will be there forever.
While cleaning up her room in prep for the new school year, I saw these notebooks with her drawings and scribbles. Hence the intro.
This particular drawing caught my eye
Yowyn has been wanting a sibling. But shw wants an older sister. And she named her already - Lucy. That is why in some of her drawings, there is always another little girl. Makes me sad but everything happens for a reason...
On a lighter side, a sample of her scribbles. She can use up 1 notebook with those.
Good thing we discovered she likes writing on planners. So I dug up all my unused planners in the office. She was so happy!
Posting this drawing since this is the first time I saw her actually write a name for her drawing. The girl's name is "Soeo". I have no idea where she got it. This is the first time that I saw her draw and color it at the same time with different colors (gone are the days na puro purple lang tska gitna na lang may kulay).
Very artistic si Yowyn! Hope she continues this artistic streak as she grows up!
