Dear little Buting: Happy 5th Month!

Highlights:

- first time to attend a piano recital in support of Tita Cecil and Kuya Kyle @ Coll of Music, UP
- the makings of a mall rat and a foodie! Manang mana...
- first birthday party invite @ Kuya Enzo and Ate Eena's birthday party, with another one @ Ate Raine and Ate Ricci's!
- first tournament - daddy's badminton game and you are the cutest cheerleader!

Dear little buting,

Time really flies so fast...you are no longer a tiny baby but a healthy-with-cute cheeks-and-big rounded eyes-baby...A lot of people in our community ask if father is a foreigner because of your fair skin :)

Mommy and daddy's love for you overflows and what we feel everytime we see or think of you is indescrible.  We love you very much little buting!

Yr 1- Let's Party!

First time na umattend ng party ni buting.  She was invited to siblings Enzo's 4th and Eena's 1st birthday party.  The theme was Mickey Mouse and Disney princess. Belle in her everyday clothes ang  peg ko kay buting.  Pwede na di ba?  ;)

FTNB - food trip ni buting. May bagong pakulo si buting - pictorial sa mga food places kung saan kumakain sina mommy kuting at daddy bibi.  Kaya baka di na ma-update ang separate food blog ni mommy kuting.Di bale kasi mas masaya mag-blog pag kasama si buting sa kwento :)

Note - ang hirap nga lang lagyan ng captions ang pix pag mobile blogging.  Tsaka pix agad ang makikita sa post bago talkies.  Kailangan pang mag-access via laptop para mag-edit pero ala na sa budget ang mag load pa sa tattoo stick.  Maliit na SIM kasi gamit ng s3, di kasya sa tattoo stick.  Hmm, meron kayang adaptor available?

Dear Little Buting : Happy 4 Months!

Highlights of this month:

you can hold your bottle on your own
started sucking your fingers complete with slurping sounds
(but yami and yadi need to stop you from this habit or else you'll have lung abscess, that's 21 days antibiotics via IV)
you can carry your toy, wormy, without dropping it
finally, a laugh with sounds but still a work in progress; before you just open your mouth for soundless laugh
you can hold your head up for real!
you can roll to your side now
attempted to roll over but no success yet
you are very talkative especially when you are with daddy
you now enjoy going out although you are more of a silent and observant type of baby

Dear little buting,

Mommy started working and I really miss our long hours of bonding. But baby, mommy is doing this for you and I will try my best to spend quality time with you. I hope you enjoy our early morning walk, bath time, massage and tummy time.  And when mommy comes home at the wee hours of the morning, mommy still finds the strength to feed and change your diaper.  Mommy can survive lack of sleep just to see you happy and content. Daddy now spends quality time with you in the evening and you are truly turning out to be your daddy's girl.  You love talking to him and when he carries you, you feel so relaxed with your head against his chest that you fall asleep soon after.  It your new habit. Mommy and daddy loves you so much!

Highlights of this month :

you love to do the cha cha dance
your face is full of laughter but no loud sounds yet
you started "talking" with matching face contortions
you like watching kusina master and eat bulaga
started to try reaching out to/box wormy when placed above you
you enjoy looking at books
you love your musical mobile
love staring at your spinkie pillow when placed beside the crib - seems to relax you


Dear little buting,

We enjoy every move, sound that you make.  Our hearts are overflowing with happiness because of you.  We love you very much our little buting!

Friday's, Glorietta 3

Since buting is already 4 months and got clearance from pedia to go malling, bibi and I are excited to bring her along to our favorite past time, dining out! Friday's actually the 5th resto she's been to but have not blogged about it yet.  Also, I am trying to blog through my smart phone.  This is my first entry with pix.  Hope it would turn out ok :)

Another test post from my new gadget, samsung galaxy s3.  I so love love this phone!  The camera is so awesome, easy to use, perfect to capture precious moments of little buting! And I can blog!  Got the phone from a promo -unlimited internet and phone at half the price! Although the connection is not that consistent, pede na rin.  Hopefully, more blog updates in the future!

Dear Little Buting: Happy 2 Months!

Dear little Buting,

You are already 2 months old! Highlights of this month:

- You can already make different sounds but there is this one particular sound you make when you want us to pay attention to you - a loud "ah"!
- You burp so loud like a grown-up.
- You do not laugh yet when you are awake but sometimes you giggle when you're sleeping. 
- You can lift your head during tummy time.
- You can already "manipulate" us in carrying you by crying a short "wah" and then you wait for either nanay or yaya emily to carry you.
- And if no one carries you since we are trying to "exercise" you by letting you cry in the morning, you just sleep.
- Your favorite "hele" song is the hum version of the song in the Nestea commercial ("Dito kahit pagod ka ay ang gaan, Dito kahit mainitan ang gaan, Kaya i-refresh ang katawan at tayo ay humiyaw. Dito ang gaan, dito ang sarap, refreshed tayong lahat, Dito ang gaan, dito ang sarap, mag-Nestea plunge tayong lahat.). With matching patting on your buttocks, you fall asleep immediately.
- You love your "ligo" time.
- Nanay is now able to bring you outside of the house to say hi to neighbors and just breath in the fresh air. After a while, you're napping already :)
- You were able to attend your first worship service.
- We were able to bring you to restaurants (Italliani's, BHS and Bulgogi Brothers, GB5). You just slept while nanay and tatay eat. Good girl!

You make nanay and tatay very happy, anak! Happy 2 months, buting!
